Here are just some of the exciting volunteer opportunities with Friends of
the Swannanoa Library...

• Serving on Friends board of directors
• Serving on a special committee (fund-raising, booksale, building
  maintenance, etc)
• Building Maintenance, remodeling (building shelves, minor plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Grounds Maintenance - Occasional shrub pruning, flower planting, mulch raking, etc.
• Help with upkeep of Grovemont Park, adjacent to the library
• Fund-raising
• Grant writing
• Book mending
• Bulletin Board
• Playground maintenance/inspection general clerical support (stuffing envelopes, etc.)
• and much more!!
